By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the InfoSkills Technology website, developer resources, software portals, or contracting custom engineering services, you agree to bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an enterprise or organization, you represent that you possess legal authority to bind such entity to these provisions.

All software code, user interface designs, logos, graphics, documentations, code libraries, trademarks, and content published on InfoSkills Technology domains belong exclusively to InfoSkills Technology or its licensors.

For bespoke engineering services, ownership of custom deliverables and source code transfers to the client upon full settlement of contracted invoices, subject to explicit licensing terms.

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any pre-compiled products or hosted platform interfaces.

Prohibited actions include launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, exploiting potential API security endpoints, transmitting malware, or engaging in unauthorized web scraping.

Services, software code snippets, tutorials, and websites are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

In no event shall InfoSkills Technology be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from service downtime, data loss, or reliance on digital content.

These terms are governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws without giving effect to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or service engagements shall first undergo mandatory good-faith mediation prior to binding arbitration or judicial proceedings.
