Terms of Service
Master legal terms and conditions governing the access, development contracts, software licenses, and use of INFOSKILLS TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD platforms and services.
1. Agreement & Legal Entity
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Client", "Customer", "Developer", or "User") and INFOSKILLS TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our", trading as "InfoSkills Technology", registered in India).
By accessing our website (infoskillstechnology.com), contracting custom engineering services, creating an account, or integrating our software APIs and developer tools, you explicitly agree to be bound by this Agreement.

- Applies to website usage, custom software consulting, SaaS platforms, and API products.
2. Scope of Services & SaaS Products
INFOSKILLS TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD delivers high-end custom software engineering, mobile application development (Flutter / Android / iOS), Spring Boot cloud backends, full-stack web applications, and proprietary developer SaaS infrastructure (including NotifySetu and AuthSetu).
For custom engineering engagements, specific milestones, technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables are governed by executed Statements of Work (SOW) or service agreements.
3. Pricing, Billing & Payment Processing
Custom Software Contracts: Billed according to milestone schedules or monthly engineering retainers agreed upon in writing.
SaaS Platforms & Software Subscriptions: Billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
Merchant of Record: Online digital product subscriptions and international software transactions are processed through our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle handles customer billing inquiries, tax compliance, and returns in accordance with Paddle Buyer Terms.
Domestic Invoices: Indian Rupee (INR) bank transfers and direct invoice settlements are processed via Razorpay or direct bank wire.

- Transparent, upfront pricing with zero hidden maintenance fees.
4. Refund & Cancellation Terms
SaaS Products & Licenses: Include a 7-day free trial and a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Self-service cancellation is available at any time via the billing portal.
Custom Engineering Contracts: Cancellations require 14 business days written notice to billing@infoskillstechnology.com. Clients are invoiced solely for completed deliverables and hours worked up to the termination date.
Refund Turnaround: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All pre-existing software frameworks, developer libraries, proprietary platforms (NotifySetu, AuthSetu), UI components, trademarks, and website content remain the exclusive intellectual property of INFOSKILLS TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD.
For bespoke software engineering engagements, full ownership and source code rights of custom project deliverables transfer to the Client upon complete payment of all contracted invoices.

- Proprietary SaaS platforms and base libraries remain protected Company IP.
6. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
We provide our website and digital tools on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime across our production infrastructure, we do not warrant that operations will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INFOSKILLS TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, loss of data, or third-party service disruptions.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to the Company in the preceding six (6) months.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi / Noida, India.
